Key Responsibilities Leadership & Training: Hire, train, and mentor Strategists, ensuring consistent performance and skill development across the team. Performance Management: Conduct biannual reviews, oversee improvement plans, and lead weekly training sessions to maintain excellence. Strategic Oversight: Partner with Project Managers to design and implement strategies that increase revenue, engagement, and deliverability. Data-Driven Execution: Use reporting, analytics, segmentation, and market insights to drive actionable recommendations and optimize performance. Quality & Innovation: Review account health, identify underperforming areas, and lead proactive action plans to elevate results. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams and technology partners to ensure clients have the best tools and integrations in place. Required Experience & Skills 5+ years in email marketing with advanced knowledge of Klaviyo required. Proven ability to create, test, and scale high-performing email and SMS strategies for eCommerce brands. Deep understanding of deliverability, segmentation, customer journeys, and conversion metrics. Strong communication and presentation skills with fluent English. You’ll lead client calls and internal meetings regularly. Excellent time management and the ability to coordinate across multiple projects and time zones (EST hours required). A collaborative mindset with the confidence to lead, teach, and adapt quickly as technologies and client needs evolve. Agency experience required. A natural leader and team player who elevates others.
