FINANCE LECTURER (PL1) X1 Contract period: 2026 Academic Year Campus: Asherville Ref. No. ASH 03/11/2025 Salary notch: R PA, plus 37% cash in lieu of benefits. Requirements Matric certificate or equivalent Recognized and relevant tertiary qualification with Finance as a major subject (REQV 13) Advanced Teaching Diploma in TVT / Post Graduate Diploma TVET / Diploma in Secondary or Higher Education Valid SACE registration (not provisional registration) Teaching experience will be an added advantage Sound subject knowledge and work-related applications Sound knowledge of Fundamental subjects: English in particular Understanding of NCV dynamics Computer literacy (MS Office) Customer care; leadership skills; assertiveness; good record keeping and administrative skills; Team player Passion for learning and teaching Good communication and interpersonal skills. Key Result Areas Assist with enrolment, registration and induction of students Teaching and learning delivery Assess and evaluate student progress Monitor student attendance register Maintain student attendance and performance records Creating classroom environment conducive to teaching and learning Provide feedback to students regarding their performance and progress Liaise with Senior Lecturers, Head of Division and Student Support Services officials in providing support interventions to students Invigilation duties· Upload and manage subject content on LMS Portal.
