You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technology and business strategy, driving performance, innovation, and operational efficiency. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Define and execute the technical and operational strategy for the SaaS platform, ensuring scalability and innovation. Oversee the development and continuous improvement of the SaaS platform, ensuring best-in-class performance and reliability. Implement and refine processes for product delivery, client onboarding, and system maintenance to meet SLAs and exceed customer expectations. Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Leverage analytics and reporting to optimize platform performance and operational efficiency. Work closely with leadership, sales, and client success teams to align technical capabilities with business goals. WHO YOU ARE Proven experience as a technical or operations leader in a SaaS environment. Strong background in software development, cloud technologies, and platform management. Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of driving operational improvements. Experience managing cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and support staff. Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (e.g., churn rate, LTV, CAC) and operational KPIs.
