Senior Digital Marketing Manager/ Senior Media Buyer We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager/Senior Media Buyer to join our fast-growing marketing agency. Reports To: Growth Marketing Manager Are you passionate about Media Buying and driving revenue through direct response marketing? Do you want to work with top-tier copywriters, videographers, and strategists to help clients grow? If so, this is the opportunity for you. As part of our team, you will research, strategize, and manage ads across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Google, contributing to our goal of increasing ad spend from $3 million to $5 million per month. Your responsibilities include managing substantial ad budgets, forecasting and analyzing performance data, developing funnel and creative strategies, and collaborating with creative teams to develop innovative campaigns. You will work with high-profile clients and be part of a dynamic team focused on results. Key responsibilities: Managing ad campaigns across multiple platforms with budgets up to $75,000/day. Forecasting and scenario planning to meet client targets. Analyzing performance data to optimize campaigns. Developing funnel and creative strategies to improve conversion rates. Researching competitors and brainstorming innovative growth strategies. Expected results include achieving quarterly bonus targets, maintaining high ROAS, and ramping up new team members efficiently. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of experience in digital marketing and media buying, experience with webinar and coaching funnels, and a strong analytical mindset.
