REQUIREMENTS:

  • Code 14 License (Advantageous)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Presentable appearance
  • Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English
  • Own transport

DUTIES:

  • Supervising workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Managing the workshop, ordering of parts and collection there-off.
  • Maintaining mechanical equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning.
  • Keeping accurate records of activities, including services, expenses, and inventory.
  • Ensuring safety protocols are followed and regulatory compliance is maintained.
  • Communicating effectively with management and workers to coordinate activities.
  • Problem-solving to address issues that arise during daily operations.
  • Training staff on proper techniques and safety procedures.
  • Assisting with budgeting and planning for service and repairs.

HOURS:
  • Monday - Friday (08:00 - 17:00), with willingness to work 2 Saturdays per month
