Fully accountable for planning, overseeing, and leading Decision Inc. projects. Responsible for the results of assigned projects or programs and act as the key driver that holds the project together. Ensure customer involvement to satisfy needs and build the right solution. Use best‑practice PMO methodologies for set‑up, execution, and completion of projects and programs, aligned to Decision Inc. PMO standards and stakeholder/client needs. Build value‑adding relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including various Decision Inc. Business Units. Manage multiple projects simultaneously within the maximum possible allocation. Ensure correct initiation and set‑up of projects, working closely with the Engagement Lead, Sales Team, and relevant Business Units. Secure a project team for delivery. Create and maintain a detailed Project Plan in MS Project, including budget and baselines. Draft and obtain sign‑off of the Project Charter. Coordinate and drive the delivery of projects in line with budget, scope, cost, and quality parameters. Manage the assigned project team and escalated issues to relevant stakeholders. Facilitate project meetings (daily/weekly stand‑ups, client status meetings, internal/client faces, Project Boards, Steering Committees, Executive Committees). Create, execute, and manage the project budget, billing milestones, and monthly invoicing instructions. Prepare, maintain, and submit clear weekly and monthly reports aligned to Decision Inc. PMO governance. Create and maintain all relevant project governance documentation on agreed platforms. Who Do You Need to Be? Relevant Bachelor's Degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems). At least 5+ years of experience in project management. Experience running multiple projects. PMP certification (preferred). Proficiency in MS Office applications. Advanced knowledge of MS Project. Strong problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication skills focusing on relationship building, understanding business requirements, and managing expectations. Effective planning and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and be deadline‑driven. Eagerness, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
