Overview Law firm in Pretoria is looking for a Commercial Attorney (4 years post article experience) to join their team. MUST be a commercial law specialist with experience in this specific field of law. Responsibilities Position available for a dynamic attorney with 4 years post article experience specialising predominantly in non-litigious corporate and commercial law matters Strong contract drafting skills Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (incl. M&As Corporate Finance Private Equity Deal Structuring Transactional Tax etc.). Qualifications LLB degree B. Com / Finance degree will be advantageous LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous Fluent in English (both verbal and written). Fluency in Afrikaans will be advantageous.
