Job Description To primarily be a caretaker of the company’s business applications, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central , ensuring the functionality, efficiency, and optimization of these systems. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to support, maintain, and enhance their business applications landscape. Understand the business digital needs and propose, and assist in building, maintaining and documenting solutions. Also play a supervisory role to subordinates. Key Responsibilities Handle Level 1 and 2 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central support calls and other business applications used across the organization. Escalate calls to service providers and collaborate with them to provide end-users with time‑consuming solutions. Troubleshooting issues and facilitating system enhancements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and recommend solutions to optimize system workflows and enhance productivity. Configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet the evolving needs of the business, including system setup, data management, and user permissions. Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, training materials, and system configuration documentation, to support end‑users and IT teams. Perform regular system audits, data validations, and troubleshooting to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and best practices related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other relevant business applications. Participate in the evaluation and selection of new business applications, conducting feasibility studies, and providing recommendations based on business requirements and industry trends. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Business Applications Analyst or similar role, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central . Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes , and best practices in business application management . Proficiency in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including modules such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Sales. Experience with system integrations, data migrations, and custom development within the Dynamics 365 platform. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
