Qualification: CA(SA)
Experience: 4 years post articles

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead group consolidation processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across multiple entities.
  • Oversee financial reporting functions, ensuring compliance with IFRS and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Manage regulatory compliance and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Implement and oversee risk management strategies, ensuring that financial risks are identified and mitigated.
  • Provide leadership in tax and treasury management, optimizing financial operations and cash flow.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of trends and developments in investments and stockbroking and integrate financial insights into broader business strategies.
Requirements:
  • CA(SA) qualification with a strong academic record.
  • Extensive experience in the financial services industry, with expertise in group consolidation, financial reporting, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in risk management, tax, and treasury functions.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial frameworks within the sector.
  • Interest and exposure in investments and stockbroking will be an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
