About the Role
Our client is seeking a principled and insightful AI Ethics Consultant to join their advisory team, working remotely. In this critical role, you will guide organizations in developing and deploying artificial intelligence responsibly, ensuring ethical considerations are at the forefront of their AI strategies. You will assess risks, provide strategic recommendations, and help implement frameworks for fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI systems. This is a unique opportunity to shape the ethical landscape of AI and contribute to building trustworthy AI technologies globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on ethical AI principles, best practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct comprehensive ethical risk assessments and impact analyses for AI initiatives.
- Develop strategies and frameworks to ensure AI systems are fair, unbiased, and transparent.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate ethical considerations throughout the AI lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of global regulations, ethical standards, and emerging issues in AI ethics.
- Provide training and workshops to clients on responsible AI development and deployment.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Law, Philosophy, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on technology policy or ethics.
- Proven experience in AI ethics, responsible innovation, technology risk management, or policy advisory.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their ethical implications.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in developing ethical guidelines or conducting AI impact assessments is highly desirable.
