You will be the engine that ensures the company's ambitious growth is supported by efficient and scalable operations. Joining our client as they scale up their Ops team in South Africa offers unprecedented potential for significant ownership and direct influence in shaping the company's future success. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership : Take full charge of the Cape Town operations, building and managing a high-performing team focused on efficiency and results. Market Growth & Strategy : Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, developing and executing strategies to accelerate the company's international presence. Performance Management : Implement key operational metrics and KPIs to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement. Risk & Compliance : Ensure all operational activities comply with local iGaming regulations. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, tech, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment. Team Development : Recruit, mentor, and lead the operations team, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability. Action‑Oriented Leader : You are a pragmatic leader who prioritises execution and is not afraid to get hands‑on to solve problems and drive results. Strategic & Tactical : The ability to think strategically about long‑term operational plans while also being highly focused on day‑to‑day tactical details.
