South Africa Learnership Graduate Program – ICRM (2025) Join Citi's one‑year Learnership Programme in the Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) team. After training, graduates may apply for permanent roles. Program Overview Immersive exposure to compliance risk management across various business lines. Learn to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks, understand regulatory frameworks, support policy implementation, and analyse data for internal and external compliance. Develop skills that will enable you to play a valuable role on the team and build a long‑term career at Citi. Roles & Responsibilities Assess compliance risks and support mitigation strategies across business lines. Contribute to risk assessments, support policy implementation and compliance frameworks. Analyse data to ensure adherence to internal and external compliance standards. Participate in projects that safeguard Citi’s reputation and maintain a robust control environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with a GPA of 65% or higher (or a master’s degree in any discipline). Maximum 1 year work experience (not required). Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. Analytical and quantitative skills. Strong desire to learn and work effectively in a team. Desired Attributes Commitment to personal growth and career development. Passion for financial regulations and compliance (preferred). Understanding of global or domestic business landscape. Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision‑making. Strong communication, planning and organisational skills.
