Authenticity is key You care about culture, communication and collaboration You're excited to grow with a dynamic team that's building something special Positive, professional attitude with emotional intelligence and people sensitivity Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced, hybrid environment Must take ownership of responsibilities, communicate proactively, and be open to feedback Strong aesthetic eye with an understanding of design storytelling and brand-led thinking Qualifications & Experience Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools (e.g., Enscape, Lumion) Experience producing drawing packs for submission to shopping centres and local authorities Skilled in space planning, technical detailing, materiality, and construction drawing packages Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design principles Experience with Architecture and creating Construction Drawings Strong organisational and project management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills (client presentations, contractor liaison) Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering software Ability to adapt and work effectively in a hybrid environment Previous experience in retail, commercial, or hospitality design is a plus Bonus Experience in project management or onsite coordination Familiarity with Trello, Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets), or other collaboration tools Experience in signage, brand touchpoints, and spatial storytelling Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology Industries Interior Design #J-18808-Ljbffr
