Responsibilities Implement procurement strategies across the portfolio to drive productivity, services improvement, supply relationship leveraging & strengthening, as well as GM improvement, NR growth & NWC benefit. Initiate & drive synergy projects across different Reckitt entities, through benchmarking, combining scope & leveraging on volumes to drive cost efficiencies. Drive sustainability agenda with our freight‑out and warehousing suppliers. Manage budgets, monitor costs and boost operational efficiency; use financial insights to shape cost‑saving initiatives vital for continued growth. Lead and implement procurement‑initiated projects within Logistics: Market analysis with cross‑functional teams to screen the market and develop sustainable relationships with logistics providers such as freight‑out, warehouse, control tower, embellishers. Define requirements (volumes, timelines, liability, etc.), KPIs and contract clauses in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Conduct tenders, leverage supply base and commercial negotiations. Benchmark internally and externally to drive synergies & productivity. Utilise e‑tools (Ariba, RFQ, reverse‑auction). Maintain compliance with supplier scorecards, contract templates and renewal plans. Negotiate contracts and validate against Reckitt templates. Manage supplier relationship; track performance and implement improvement programmes. Generate procurement reporting and forecasts for the region, highlighting key achievements, challenges and projects. Represent Procurement in regional cross‑functional meetings (Supply Services Review, Supplier & Performance meetings, Finance reviews, Budget/Forecast meetings). Work closely with relevant departments to improve risk‑evaluation and mitigation in Logistics. Support entities with service issues to ensure timely resolution. Ensure all service providers comply with regulatory requirements and drive improvement programmes for non‑compliant suppliers. Experience we’re looking for Minimum 5 years in Procurement and/or Logistics. 2–3 years FMCG experience. Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Business or a related discipline; MBA is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to work in a truly global organisation and in a fast‑moving, results‑driven environment. High level of negotiation, influencing and communication skills. Sound knowledge of e‑tools and quick adaptability. Agility with financial data and a high proficiency in Excel. Skills for success Project Management, Financial Reporting, Accounting Principles, Financial Analysis and Reporting.
