Qualifications / Experience Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field Proven track record of leading successful business transformation projects 10+ years' experience in this field Essential Skills Requirements Extensive experience in business architecture / processes and business analysis Proficiency in business process modelling and optimization Experience with strategic planning and execution Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage complex projects and initiatives Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and mentor teams Knowledge of IT governance and compliance Working experience with agile methodologies and practices Advantageous Skills Requirements Experience in the automotive industry Knowledge of Group's business processes and systems Experience with digital transformation projects Experience in change management Knowledge of cybersecurity principles Familiarity with databases, cloud computing and IT infrastructure Experience with Manual / Functional Testing Role Requirements Design and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and objectives Requirements management, communication and organisation Document requirements in appropriate detailed user stories on JIRA (Agile methodology) including acceptance criteria for testers Preparation / updating of other relevant documentation Identify and assess business risks and opportunities Ensure alignment of business architecture with enterprise architecture Assisting with the business case, where required Manage relationships with key stakeholders and team members Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Drive continuous improvement initiatives, where required Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives Conduct impact assessments for proposed changes Create and maintain process documentation and business architecture models Support user acceptance testing and validation activities Monitor project progress and communicate status to stakeholders Identify opportunities for process automation and digitalisation Ensure successful delivery of business outcomes aligned with organisational goals Legal & Eligibility Information NB : South African citizens / residents preferred.
