Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Provide support to the Management Team and assist with ad hoc tasks.Handle confidential documents and maintain organised filing systems. Reception andCommunication Manage front desk duties (visitors, calls) and liaise professionally with customers and teams.Record and prepare documents as required. Meetings andEvents Schedule meetings, send calendar invites, book venues, and plan departmental events. Travel & Expenses Arrange travel and logistics, and process related expense claims. Reporting & Coordination Compile reports and presentations.Manage service provider invoices and ensure timely payments. Corporate Image andEngagement Maintains a high standard of conduct and presentation as a visible representative of the department and overall company. Education andExperience National Diploma in Administration, Office Support, or Business Administration.Minimum 4 years’ experience supporting senior management. Languages andCommunication Fluent in English and Afrikaans.Strong written and verbal communication skills. Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. Work Style andAttributes Highly organised, detail-oriented, and neat.Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.Self-driven, deadline-focused, and works well independently.Calm and focused in high-stress situations.Professional, customer-focused, and team-oriented.Proactive planner with strong target-setting skills. Package and Remuneration The total cost to company for this role is positioned at a competitive mid-to-senior level, aligned with the responsibilities and expectations outlined. Final remuneration will be discussed during the recruitment process and will depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and overall suitability for the role.
