What you’ll do Design and build a wide range of WordPress websites including eCommerce, booking, lead generation, and listing platforms. Work confidently in Elementor to create fully custom, responsive designs. (Basic coding knowledge is an advantage but not required.) Manage and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with a strong understanding of advanced ad management—including pixels, tag managers, campaign types, search terms, negative keywords, auction insights, and bid strategies. Communicate directly with clients to understand their goals, timelines, and overall project needs. Collaborate with the SEO team and provide client updates on ranking performance. (A solid understanding of SEO principles such as indexing, ranking, guest posting, on-page, and off-page optimisation is important.) Maintain and update client websites regularly with new content, campaigns, and redesigns or refreshes as needed. Confident working in WordPress and Elementor, with an eye for clean, high-quality design. Analytical thinker who understands how ads, SEO, and website performance work together to drive results. Proactive problem solver who can manage multiple projects and stay on top of deadlines, comfortable communicating directly with clients in a clear, friendly, and professional manner. Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to take ownership of tasks from start to finish. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and enjoys collaborating with a creative, driven team.
