REQUIREMENTS: –

●      Strong knowledge of Aluminum

●      Min 2 yrs – work experience as an Internal Sales / Sales Assistant

●      Receiving and accurately processing customer orders within 2 hours

●      Checking customer orders for possible omissions or errors

●      Sending customers weekly back order reports

●      Daily follow-up and liaison with customers regarding their orders and deliveries

●      Attendance and active participation in daily morning meeting

●      Building customer relationships to secure sales

●      Maintaining proper records of outstanding customer orders and outstanding quotations

●      Processing request for customer returns and credits within 24 house of receipt

●      Advising the inventory controller of unusually large orders as soon as they are received.

●      Ensuring customers have relevant up-to-date information about all HBS products (including stock availability), lead times, pricing, technical communications and management bulletins.

●      Ensuring a thorough understanding of products

●      Assist with monthly stock takes.

●      Attributes – headstrong, focussed, technically knowledgeable, and think on your feet
