Monitor project budgets, cost reports, and prepare valuations for payment. Evaluate variations, claims, and prepare valuations for payment. Liaise with contractors, engineers, and clients on cost and contract matters. Conduct site visits to verify progress and manage cost control procedures. Experience & Qualification BSc/Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying National Senior Certificate (Matric) Minimum 5-10 years' experience in construction cost management. Strong knowledge of contract administration and estimating software. Must have excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
