Adhere to company policies and meet performance metrics, including call handling time and quality standards. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently and stay calm under pressure. Excellent problem-solving and active listening skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call center software (training provided). Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. High school diploma or equivalent.
