Description : A chemical manufacturer of natural growth stimulants for the agricultural sector is seeking a Quality Control (QC) Manager to join their team. The QC Manager will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of all laboratory testing and quality control activities within the chemical manufacturing facility. The role ensures that raw materials, in-process samples, and final products meet internal specifications and regulatory requirements. The QC Manager leads the laboratory team, manages analytical and instrumental testing workflows, and works cross-functionally to support continuous improvement and product quality consistency. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to quality control operations, team leadership and training, compliance and documentation, continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and support for commercial and marketing efforts. Key Requirements : MSc in Chemistry or an equivalent science degree, with 3-5 years of experience in a similar industry and role, managing a team, with hands-on experience with GC-MS and/or LC-MS. A good understanding of extraction methods and derivatization techniques is also required. Published scientific peer-reviewed papers are advantageous. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required. Additional Requirements: The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, willing to work independently, and detail-oriented.
