JAVA DEVELOPER

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, experience with SQL databases (SSMS, PostgreSQL), and proficiency in Angular 8 for front-end development. This role involves developing, maintaining, and improving our applications to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Maintain Applications:
  • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.

Database Management:
  • Work with SQL databases, including SSMS and PostgreSQL.
  • Design, implement, and optimize database queries and stored procedures.

Front-End Development:
  • Develop user interfaces using Angular 8.
  • Ensure responsive design and seamless integration with back-end services.

Collaborate with Teams:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.

Testing and Debugging:
  • Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.

Documentation:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for new and existing features.
  • Document technical specifications and design patterns.

Required Qualifications:
Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related
field.

Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Java programming.
  • Extensive experience with SQL databases, specifically SSMS and PostgreSQL.
  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies and frameworks, particularly Angular 8.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Experience:
  • At least 3 years proven experience as a Java Developer.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.

Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
Additional Experience:
  • Knowledge of other front-end frameworks and libraries.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and services.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
