Offshore PMO

We are seeking an experienced Offshore PMO / Scrum Master to support our agile development teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth sprint governance, tracking key metrics, managing dependencies, overseeing action items, maintaining release calendars, and developing offshore execution dashboards. This role is crucial for maintaining alignment and visibility of our India-based squads within the broader project framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and enforce sprint governance processes.
• Track, analyze, and report on key project and team metrics.
• Proactively identify and manage project dependencies.
• Oversee the tracking and resolution of action items.
• Maintain and communicate release calendars.
• Develop and manage offshore execution dashboards for visibility and reporting.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies as needed.
• Ensure alignment and clear communication between offshore and onshore teams.
• Support reporting requirements, particularly in a public-sector cadence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a PMO or Scrum Master.
• Proficiency in Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with project management and agile tools such as Jira or Azure Boards.
• Strong understanding of metrics tracking, dependency management, and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage distributed delivery teams.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with public-sector reporting cadences and requirements.
• Familiarity with supporting and aligning offshore development squads.
