The Role As an E‑commerce Support Associate, you will be the go‑to person for our customers, providing stellar support and solving problems with a friendly, professional attitude. Responsibilities Handle all customer communication through various channels (email, chat, phone). Answer questions and resolve issues ranging from order tracking to product returns. Efficiently manage customer support tickets and maintain clear records. Stay up‑to‑date on new products and policies to deliver a consistent experience. What You Bring A minimum of 1 year of experience in a remote customer support role, ideally within e‑commerce. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Gorgias, or other ticketing systems is a strong advantage. A high degree of empathy, patience, and attention to detail.
