Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement integrated social media and e-commerce strategies to achieve business objectives. Create engaging content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that drives traffic and conversions. Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to target specific customer segments and maximize ROI. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce store, including product updates, promotions, and customer service coordination. Analyze social media and e-commerce performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in social media management and e-commerce marketing. Proven ability to create engaging content and manage successful social media campaigns. Experience with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and e-commerce platforms. Strong understanding of digital advertising principles and performance metrics. Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
