Introduction My client, in Pretoria, is looking to grow their team of Paraplanners and help you kickstart your financial careerIf you have a keen interest in financial planning and looking for the opportunity to gain the much needed experience, now is your chance. This opportunity is for a two year contract and based on performance, can be extended or you could be placed as an Associate Paraplanner. The opportunity is based on-site. Duties & Responsibilities Partner with senior planners to co-create and implement comprehensive financial plans. Manage client reviews, action plans, and follow-ups with precision and empathy. Use technology (MS Office, MS Teams, and planning platforms) to enhance the client experience. Lead research, product comparisons, and scenario modelling to strengthen advice outcomes. Build lasting client relationships through trust, insight, and proactive communication. Desired Experience & Qualification Working towards a CFP Professional Designation (essential) - studying a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning. Either experience within a paraplanning position or looking to start the experience. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with MS Teams. Strengths in relationship-building, analytical thinking, and follow-through. A desire to contribute to a strengths-based, purpose-driven advisory culture. The ability to understand Afrikaans is important. Package & Remuneration Salaries are paid dependent on qualifications and experience, but you are looking to start at R, per annum and go up to R,.
