Procurement Coordinator The main purpose of the procurement coordinator is to co-ordinate procurement process from internal requirements to receiving the orders at premises. The Company: One of a few qualified and highly specialized distributors of the top international Broadband, Wireless, Networking and VoIP brands, continually expanding product offerings with a strong reputation and proven track record in the ICT industry, trusted by leading ISPs and network operators across Southern Africa. Duties & Responsibilities Responsibilities: Supplier pricing updates in Acumatica Local and International Purchase order processing with correct incoterms and named places Submit Proforma invoices/order confirmation to Accounts for Cash in Advance Suppliers ETA updates in Acumatica for shipments in transit Notify forwarder/s of shipments for bookings to be made Complete clearing instructions for Customs clearing and check clearing documents for correctness Obtain estimates for freight from forwarders Track and trace international parcels Arrange collection of local supplier orders placed if not delivered by them Build multiple contact relationships with suppliers Complete all processes for duties assigned in a timely and accurate fashion Maintain workplace health and safety requirements Evaluate and recommend changes in work methods to increase productivity in department or inter-department Ensure excellent supplier and customer service Maintain archiving of documents per year Desired Experience & Qualification Requirements: Must be proficient with English and Afrikaans Completed Matric Completed Qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain Completed Qualification in Procurement Own reliable transport with a valid driver's license Effective verbal and listening communication skills Planning and execution skills Maintain standards of conduct Be respectful and honest Possess cultural and political awareness and sensitivity Be flexible Demonstrate sound work ethics People skills Supplier and customer service Well organized Self-starter (does not need full-time supervision) Adhering to safety practices Package & Remuneration The Position: We’re looking for a Procurement Coordinator to be based permanently in Centurion. The pay range on offer is R20,000.00 to R25,000.00 CtC Package Per Month. Interested?
