Look no further A Leading Financial Services Company is seeking a talented individual to join their vibrant team. Our client is looking to employ a Communications Specialist. RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Communication Planning Identify target audiences / tailor communication messages Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate communication efforts across all marketing channels. Content Creation and Management Work with internal Copywriter to produce clear, concise, and compelling copy for marketing material, press releases, blog posts, and newsletters. Client Relationship Develop comprehensive communication strategies aligned with company objectives to effectively reach internal/external stakeholders. Working with creative partners to create engaging and impactful content. Manage media relations through PR Agency by pitching stories to journalists, responding to media inquiries, and organizing press conferences or interviews. Develop crisis communication plans/manage communication during emergencies to protect the company's reputation. Facilitate internal communication by organizing town hall meetings, developing employee newsletters, and ensuring employees are informed about company news and initiatives. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelors Degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing/ Business or related field 5-10 Years experience in customer relationship management, corporate communications, public relations / marketing communications Familiarity with home loan products/ mortgage lending processes/ regulatory requirements is a plus. Demonstrate ability to create high-quality written content for diverse audiences and channels. Experience managing media relations, securing press coverage, and responding to media inquiries. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
