This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the user experience of a rapidly growing SaaS platform in the vacation rental industry. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality, scalable frontend components while collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams. Your work will directly impact how users interact with the platform, ensuring performance, accessibility, and responsiveness at scale. Accountabilities Design and implement scalable, performant, and accessible UI components and user workflows Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences Develop and maintain reusable component libraries and contribute to design system evolution Optimize frontend performance, ensuring responsive layouts and cross-browser compatibility Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure system reliability Participate in code reviews, document architecture and design patterns, and uphold frontend engineering best practices Mentor junior developers and drive continuous improvement within the frontend team Requirements 6+ years of experience in SaaS frontend development Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML Experience with state management solutions such as Redux or Context API Proven ability to build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend applications Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright Understanding of accessibility (a11y) and frontend performance optimization best practices Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and cloud environments (AWS experience is a plus) Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or higher) Benefits Competitive compensation aligned with market rates in your country % remote work within your country of residence Equity options to share in the company's growth and success Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Paid annual leave in accordance with local regulations Country-specific benefits such as health insurance and pensions where applicable Dynamic, international team culture with colleagues in over 40 countries Thank you for your interest #J- #J-18808-Ljbffr
