R - R Monthly Basic Salary Leading International Financial Institution Seeks Workday Experts Our client, a prestigious global financial organization, is expanding their IT team and seeking two experienced Workday professionals to join their Finance and Human Capital Management unit. Position 1: Workday HCM Functional Expert What You'll Do: Configure and optimize Workday across Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Talent, and Workforce Planning Drive end-to-end project delivery from requirements gathering through implementation Create compelling analytics and dashboards to support strategic decision-making Champion AI-driven innovations including Skills Cloud and automation capabilities Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to deliver business value What You Bring: 4+ years hands-on Workday HCM experience across at least 3 major modules Expertise in EIBs, data migrations, and business process configuration Workday certifications (Pro or Implementer) in 2+ areas preferred Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills Ability to translate complex HR requirements into practical system solutions Position 2: Workday Integrations & Extend Developer What You'll Do: Design and develop sophisticated integrations using Workday Studio, APIs, Core Connectors, and EIBs Build innovative Workday Extend applications from concept to production Create orchestrations and automation workflows that drive operational efficiency Integrate Workday with enterprise platforms including ServiceNow and Azure Leverage AI capabilities to enhance application functionality What You Bring: 4+ years developing Workday integrations with Studio, APIs, and EIBs Proven track record delivering 4+ Workday Extend applications to production Mandatory Workday certifications in 2+ technical domains Strong technical foundation in JSON, XSLT, and Workday Object Model Excellence in problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration Please note that only one position is available and can be any of the above. This is a remote role starting as soon as possible with a contract duration of up to 2 years. Working hours will be 16h00 to 00h00 as you will be operating in New York time zone.
