The Role Join the Contracts & Procurement team and help deliver operational excellence through effective category strategies and strategic sourcing that drive value across the business. The Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sourcing strategies and contracts to achieve lowest total cost. Conduct cost modelling, supplier evaluations, and performance reviews. Support category planning, contract drafting, and supplier negotiations. Partner with global and regional teams to align category management practices. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and governance standards. The Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related field. Proven experience in category management, sourcing, and procurement (mining/manufacturing preferred). Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills. Experience with SAP, Ariba, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management abilities.
