Developing policy, undertakes research and presents findings. Responsible for the health and safety aspects of the Department. Initiating and managing special projects. Liaising with stakeholders. Undertaking the general management of the Department. Influencing course development at tertiary institutions and creates opportunities for exchange programmes. Preferred Requirements Post graduate qualification (NQF Level 8) in Sport Management or Sport Sciences or any other related and equivalent qualification. 7 years relevant experience of which 2 years must be at management level.
