Water Hygiene Engineer – East London

Our client is a well-established name within the water hygiene sector known for their provision of high-quality services to clients across the UK. They are currently recruiting for an experienced and hardworking Water Hygiene Engineer based in East London. The successful post-holder will be well‑versed in undertaking water hygiene tasks such as routine sampling, temperature monitoring and preferably have closed system experience. Applications from Ilford, Romford, Dagenham, Grays and surrounding areas will be considered. Qualifications & Experience Good communication skills, both written and verbal Previous experience working as a water hygiene engineer Well versed with the water treatment industry and legislations Competent with Microsoft Office package Duties within the role Monitoring client’s air and water systems and ensuring compliance with current Health and Safety legislation Carry out cleaning, disinfection and chlorination on hot and cold water systems and cooling towers Temperature monitoring, routine sampling and analysing water systems Installation and maintenance of dosing systems Inspection and disinfection of CWST Servicing TMVs, shower cleans, tank cleans etc. The successful candidate will have the initiative to work well both as an individual and as part of an established team and will have the flexibility to travel as per the clients’ requirements.
