Position overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our team and contribute to the financial health and strategic growth of the business. Key responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports Administer budgets, track performance, and conduct variance analyses Manage financial accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards Conduct product costing and profitability analysis Oversee pricing administration and margin management Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and decision‑making Collaborate with operational teams to improve financial processes Qualifications and experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required) CIMA qualification (preferred) –5 years of relevant experience in a similar or complimentary role Skills & competencies Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures Bilingual fluency in Afrikaans and English (required) Analytical mindset with attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Why join us?
