Join to apply for the Utility Analyst (Talent Pool) role at CBRE Excellerate Main Purpose / Objective of the PositionProvide analysis of utility related reports while ensuring all technical requirements are met. Assist and provide training across the utility spectrum. Objectives / Responsibilities Assist in analysis and reporting of technical information to ensure accurate monthly Assist with identifying and ensuring optimal operational efficiencies that includes, but not limited to check metering validations. Assist in identifying training and development Analyse data that is essential to the reporting of ESG data to the Assist leasing team(s) with verification and resolution of utility related Communicate, investigate and resolve queries via phone, email and/or meetings Experience / Education Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent qualification and/or training 5+ years relevant experience in the utility fieldKnowledge of South African Municipal procedures and accounting processesDetailed knowledge and experience working with Municipal and Eskom tariffs and bylaws PC And Functional Skills Required Must have Computer literacy: MS Office - Excel Advanced, Outlook and Word Competencies Required Communication and Influencing Planning and Organising Analytical ThinkingAttention to Details Problem solving Decision makingFinancial and Business Acumen Attention to detail and Accuracy Performance FocusTolerance for Stress Major Drivers Of Work Volume Number of accounts; Complexity of reporting needs Interface / Relationships With Internal: Utility Specialist, Controllers & Administrators; Council Liaison team External: Contractors, Clients Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Finance and Sales #J-18808-Ljbffr
