Marketing Project Manager

We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager to work hand-in-hand with our creative and marketing strategists, ensuring their vision comes to life. You’ll be the operational glue, turning plans into deliverables, managing client relationships, and making sure every project runs smoothly. Responsibilities Join client meetings alongside strategists to ensure alignment and follow-up on action items. Maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting notes, timelines, and task lists. Serve as the go-to person for campaign execution, ensuring that creative and marketing strategies are translated into live campaigns. Coordinate between creative teams, strategists, and external stakeholders to manage feedback and approvals. Manage up to 10 projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery. Monitor campaign progress and provide updates to clients and internal teams. Troubleshoot issues as they arise, finding solutions that keep projects on track. Act as an ambassador for client needs, advocating internally to ensure expectations are met. Requirements Must be able to work UK business hours (non-negotiable). 3+ years of experience in project management, marketing coordination, or account management. Proven experience working closely with creative teams, marketers, and strategists. Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with project management tools (Asana). Enthusiasm for Web3 and an eagerness to learn about blockchain technologies.
