About The Role We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Administrative & Accounting Assistant to support our small but growing team. This is a light‑duty role ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable handling basic bookkeeping and general admin responsibilities. Key Responsibilities 2. Communication With Accountants 3. General Administrative Duties 4. Support Coordination Tasks 5. Personal Assistant Support Enter and reconcile weekly transactions in Xero. Upload and organise bills into the system. Reconcile bank feeds to ensure accurate financial records. Liaise with our external accountants. Ensure compliance deadlines are tracked and met. Assist with day‑to‑day administrative tasks. Follow company procedures and instructions. Maintain digital records and basic documents as needed. Assist in preparing task lists for our support personnel. Prepare Excel sheets with customer call lists. Track customer follow‑ups and task completions. Manage and organise appointments. Set reminders and ensure schedules are followed. Assist with light personal and business‑related tasks as needed. Reliable, honest, and consistent with task completion. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Basic bookkeeping experience, ideally with Xero. Good communication skills and responsiveness. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable handling light PA and admin duties. Qualifications \ Basic bookkeeping experience, ideally with Xero.
