This role is critical to maintaining a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The Infection Prevention LVN/RN will coordinate and oversee all infection control activities in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.### **Key Responsibilities*** Develop, implement, and monitor infection prevention policies and procedures.* Conduct facility-wide surveillance and data analysis to identify trends and risks.* Lead outbreak management and antibiotic stewardship initiatives.* Provide staff education and training on infection control protocols.* Collaborate with the Infection Control Committee and report findings regularly.* Ensure compliance with CDC, CMS, and OSHA standards.### **Qualifications*** Current LVN or RN license in the state of California.* Certification in Infection Control (preferred).* Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in long-term care or acute care settings.* Strong understanding of infection control regulations and best practices.* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.## About Willow Springs Healthcare CenterWillow Springs Healthcare Center is a skilled nursing facility committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents.
