As a Customer and Sales Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in converting leads, recovering lost sales, and building strong customer relationships that reflect the brand’s identity and values. What You’ll Do Engage customers via phone, email, live chat, and SMS to assist with inquiries, orders, and product recommendations. Identify and execute opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling, and product bundling to increase conversion rates and average order value. Handle subscription recovery, winbacks, and abandoned cart assistance to re‑engage customers and boost retention. Manage order‑related concerns such as tracking, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a positive post‑purchase experience that encourages repeat sales. Deliver a concierge‑level experience, ensuring each interaction aligns with the brand’s tone, voice, and service standards. Record accurate customer data, monitor feedback trends, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the sales process and customer journey. What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of proven remote/online sales and customer support experience. Prior e‑commerce experience (comfortable with upselling, cross‑selling, subscription recovery, abandoned cart assistance, or post‑purchase support). Strong persuasive communication skills and a natural ability to convert leads and close opportunities through excellent relationship‑building. 1 year of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat is required; e‑commerce sales experience is a big plus. Familiarity with Shopify, CRM tools, or customer engagement platforms is a plus. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced remote environment.
