Experience & Skills Required 46 years experience in procurement, technical buying, or strategic sourcing in a complex or engineering-focused environment. Proven ability to develop and implement negotiation strategies and define strong commercial terms . Track record of cost savings through negotiations, new concepts, supplier innovations, and improved SLAs. Experience with strategic sourcing , supplier evaluation, and category management. Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills , with the ability to work effectively with engineering and operations teams.
