Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to support project execution, problem-solving, and decision-making processes. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in engineering. Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with a track record of effectively leading teams and projects. Proven ability to oversee multiple projects and teams concurrently while ensuring quality and timely delivery. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Ability to build and maintain client relationships through exceptional service delivery and effective communication.
