The Associate Director for AI Use Case Enablement is a business-savvy senior role to join our AI Platform Strategy team. This role focuses on translating business requirements into actionable, delivery-ready solution plans for AI, GenAI, and ML use cases. The role works closely with the AI Solutions team, who will deliver the build, while being accountable for producing clear, complete solution plans. Responsibilities Business Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities Produce solution plans that clearly outline scope, timeline, cost, resource needs, and dependencies Collaborate actively with the AI Solutions team to ensure plans are actionable and align with platform capabilities Act as a bridge between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring clarity and feasibility Apply pre-sales style soft skills: influencing without authority, presenting proposals, handling objections, and building consensus Ensure all plans align with governance, compliance, and platform readiness requirements Track progress of approved solution plans during delivery and flag risks or deviations to stakeholders Support post-deployment review to ensure business requirements were met Gather lessons learned to improve future solution planning processes Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered
