M&C Saatchi Abel is seeking a highly experienced Digital and Content Strategist to drive results across multiple touchpoints and campaigns. The Digital and Content Strategist will be responsible for creating, leading, and executing comprehensive digital and content strategies for our clients. You will work closely with creative, account, and media teams to design strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in digital strategy, with a proven ability to work across multiple campaigns and platforms, as well as leadership experience managing teams and client relationships. Qualifications Experience: 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or related fields, ideally within an agency environment. Expertise: Strong understanding of digital channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, display advertising, content marketing, and analytics. Creativity & Innovation: Ability to translate client objectives into creative digital strategies that engage and convert target audiences. Technical Skills: Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Sprout Social, Brandwatch), and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot). Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and results to clients and internal stakeholders clearly and persuasively. Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. Analytical Skills: Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and provide strategic insights to optimize campaigns. Visionary Leader: You are a forward‑thinking strategist with the ability to anticipate market trends and pivot strategies accordingly. Client‑Centric: You excel in building and maintaining strong client relationships, always putting their business goals at the forefront of your strategies. Innovator: You are passionate about exploring new technologies and creative approaches to solving complex business challenges. Collaborative Partner: You thrive in a team environment and are skilled at bringing together cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated solutions. Adaptable: You are comfortable navigating change and uncertainty, with a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with high‑profile clients or global brands. Knowledge of paid media strategy and campaign optimisation. Familiarity with video content strategy and production. Certification in Google Analytics, SEO, or digital marketing. Key Responsibilities Strategy Development: Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies, including content, SEO, social media, paid media, e‑mail marketing, and other digital touchpoints. Content Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of content strategies that are aligned with client goals, ensuring that messaging is consistent, engaging, and optimised for each platform. Campaign Management: Oversee the end‑to‑end management of digital campaigns, from planning and execution to performance analysis and reporting. Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of social media and community managers, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring collaboration across teams. Cross‑Channel Integration: Ensure that digital strategies are cohesive and aligned with broader marketing and branding efforts, integrating online and offline channels seamlessly. Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, presenting strategies, campaign results, and insights, and providing recommendations for optimisation. Data‑Driven Insights: Analyse performance data from multiple digital channels to inform strategy adjustments, optimise campaigns, and provide actionable insights to clients. Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing and content strategy to ensure clients are leveraging the most effective techniques. #J-18808-Ljbffr
