Job Title: Solution Analyst (6-Month Contract) Reference: HC -Moipo-1 Job Scope: We are looking for a Solution Analyst to join our client team on a 6-month contract basis. In this role, you will be integral to a team developing a Digital Self-Service tool aimed at providing assistance to customers experiencing financial distress. This position involves working on both legacy systems and new applications. Key Responsibilities: Translate and document business requirements into technical impacts, detailing integration points, impacted systems, and comprehensive solution-related information. Collaborate within squads during the design and delivery phases, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address their needs, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues. Minimum Requirements: Experience: 6-10 years in the IT industry, with a background in the banking industry considered advantageous. API Specification and Design: Minimum 5 years of experience in API specification and design. Technical/System Analysis: Minimum 5 years of experience in technical and system analysis. Postman: Minimum 4 years of experience using Postman for API development, testing, and automation. Jira and Confluence: Minimum 4 years of experience using Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation. Agile Methodology: Minimum 5 years of experience working in Agile environments. UML (Unified Modeling Language): Proficiency in UML for creating detailed system diagrams. MS Visio: Proficiency in MS Visio for creating technical diagrams and visual representations. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Change Management: Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational. Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Organizational Skills: Extremely organized with strong time-management skills. Big Picture Thinking: Ability to think strategically and understand the broader context of projects.
