Key performance areas Assist with strategic planning and execution Ensure that the services of providers are secured utilizing the company’s supply chain policy Management of accounts payable (i.e. processing invoices, payments and reconciliation of accounts etc.) to ensure a compliant SCM Management of accounts receivable (i.e. distribution of statements, following up on outstanding invoices, processing remittances, reconciliations etc.) Management of all Balance Sheet reconciliations on a monthly bases Oversee cash flow management function and processing (i.e. bank, petty cash and cash flow forecasts) Review and Processing of requisitions and payments Preparation of information for and execution of monthly payroll cycle and reconciliations Prepare, monthly, quarterly, half year and year‑end financial records. Prepare monthly pricing and distributing to clients Manage all tax related matters i.e. Vat, PAYE, Income Tax, etc. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Treasury, SARS reporting/compliance) and reporting to regulators Monthly variance analysis, investigation and reporting. Preparation of management reports, financial statements and other financial related reports and correspondence Manage and maintain the Fixed Asset Register Assist in the formulation of annual budgets and ad hoc financial forecasts Resolution of finance related queries Prepare for internal and external audits. Accomplish company goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Ensure good on‑going relationships with stakeholders Work closely with the Finance and Administration Manager to ensure smooth operations of all finance related matters Provide general support and assistance to the Finance and Administration Manager on any other financial administration and related deliverables as requested Requirements At least 5 years experience in a similar role Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to work with complex excel spreadsheets Budgetary control and reporting skills Knowledge of cash flow management and reporting Knowledge of tax and SARS processes Knowledge of Accounting Policies and Procedures (IFRS) Ability to perform duties with limited supervision Deadline orientated with attention to detail Hands‑on, proactive approach Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills with a high consideration to detail and accuracy.
