Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support. Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and requests. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Develop and execute individual strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration within new client potentials. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Use insights to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and optimal customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven track record of success in direct sales, preferably in the Out of Home media industry or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment. Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Own transport and a valid driver's license is crucial. Working hours 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with the expectation of occasional work outside these hours.
