Precint Manager

The Precinct Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily cleaning operations of the retail facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting environment for customers and staff. This includes managing a team of cleaners, scheduling, quality control, and compliance with health and safety regulations for the entire V&A Waterfront and surrounding neighbourhood. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 At least 3 years Supervisory/Management experience Driver license is advantageous Experience Must have at least 3 years supervisory experience Good customer service experience Duties Include Delegate and ensure that the cleaning is done according to the client requirements and company standards, obtaining client sign-off on job cards. Ensure that cleaning equipment is well maintained and safe to use. Run spot checks and provide on-the-job training to new staff on safety, procedures, methodology, and equipment operation. Manage and report stock requirements. Respond to client inquiries or specific requests, reporting them to the Cleaning Supervisor or Specials Manager. Resolve problems and make decisions at the team operational level. Handle people leadership tasks such as submitting completed timesheets and documentation to the Cleaning Supervisor. #J-18808-Ljbffr
