The trainer will be responsible for redesigning course structures, creating strategic AI content, and leading boot‑camp‑style training sessions, ultimately aiming to empower trainees with the confidence and expertise needed to implement AI strategies in their respective organizations. Key Responsibilities Develop and redesign the course curriculum tailored for a global audience in AI automation using N8n, Zapier, Make, and Airtable. Create AI automation course content specifically tailored to working professionals, emphasizing AI strategy for organizations. Oversee and mentor trainees during intensive cohorts, providing individual guidance and support. Facilitate hands‑on labs weekly, offering constructive feedback, scoring, and guidance to enhance practical learning. Collaborate with a global, multicultural team to ensure course content is relevant and applicable across various industry contexts. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Extensive experience with AI automation tools, particularly N8n, Zapier, Make, and Airtable. Proven track record of developing and delivering training courses in a professional setting. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively. Ability to work effectively in a global and diverse environment. Desired Skills Advanced knowledge of other AI and machine learning frameworks. Experience in a bootcamp training format. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
