Qualifications

Matric

Secretarial Diploma/National Diploma in business Management

Responsibilities

Proactively manage the General Manager and Chief Executive Officers

Manage and organize associated travel and accommodation requirements

Main point of contact for internal and external contact

Type and distribute memorandums, briefs and minutes of meetings

Maintain schedules and calendars

Organize internal and external events

Screen and priorities incoming mail and produce response letters

Prepare paper and agenda packs

Process expenses for submission

Maintain and update client contact list

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience

Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications, spread sheets, word processing and database management

Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build good team relationship

Good level of communication skills both written and verbal

Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Professional, confident, friendly and flexible

Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and growing business environment
