What You’ll Do Take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of the business unit Drive operational excellence and ensure stock is managed within the VKB framework Lead, mentor, and develop your team to reach new levels of performance Deliver exceptional client service, handling queries and complaints with care and professionalism Apply VKB policies and ensure the business remains compliant with all relevant legislation Think creatively and strategically to exceed goals and targets Be the bridge between our business vision and on‑the‑ground execution What You’ll Bring Grade 12 / NQF 4 qualification 3–5 years’ experience in a similar retail leadership role Strong computer literacy (MS Office – intermediate to advanced) A proven track record in achieving results and driving improvement A mindset focused on adding value and growing the business Your Strengths Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Confident, empathetic leadership and mentoring abilities Skilled in conflict resolution and independent decision‑making A natural team player who uplifts others while staying humble Our Values We are Hungry for success.
